O Circophonium, possuía o mecanismo de barril semelhante a qualquer órgão mecânico. O Circophonium teve muito sucesso como gerador de ruído ambiente em eventos, principalmente na região noroeste do rio grande do sul e oeste de Santa Catarina. 

The Circophonium, had a barrel mechanism similar to any mechanical organ. The Circophonium was very successful as a generator of ambient noise in events, mainly in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul and west of Santa Catarina.
